Houses to Spring Rush?

Can I see a list of the top ten houses I should check out during spring rush? I don't prioritize rankings too much. I want to rush dope houses with people who are cool to be around, but at the same time, ranking still is a factor.

Only houses worth rushing are sigs, sae, zbt, delts, ato, phi psi, dchi, acacia, asig, fiji, phi tau, and snu. This is in no particular ranking order btw but any house that isnt one of the houses I just mentioned isnt even worth rushing.

ADPhi is a bunch of soft retro-preppy kids who only joined because the physical house is nice. Super-weak brotherhood. Will fall apart within 5 years just like AKL who lived in that house previously.

DKE is the Nickleback of Illinois frats.
Weird and awkward guys who try to act tough and cool.

Farmhouse is actually cool, you just have to be an ag-type guy to join.
