How can I steal lots of US National Security secrets?

Hi people of Champaign Illinois. My name is Hao Tongzhi, from Suzhou, Fujian Province, People’s Republic Of China 🇨🇳. Can you tell me what frats and classes a guy like me can join to learn and steal as many US National Secrets and other classified/sensitive info as possible? How can I best manipulate the trusts of you Yankees and effectively place myself into a position of government sensitivity with a high security clearance from which I can steal as much US funds and classified information as possible?
