Adphi and PKT are no where near lower-mid

PKT is literally full of goobers, they’re basically a 20 man house. The only thing they got going for them is there nice backyard. Everyone keeps talking about theta xi bidding everyone with a pulse but adphi pulls the same thing and lies to bids that they’re a top house. They don’t even have a new member process they’re basically just an RSO. It goes Aggers>Phi Tau>Theta Xi>>>PKT>adphi

I guess...I could easily add Psi U, DU, PSK, Kappa Sigma, SPD, Theta Chi. That's all I'm saying, I just usually dont see those specific houses in a group thats all - nothing bad about it.

Lmfao I’m not even in taxi but better guys my ass. Bunch of honors weirdos the only reason they have a nice house or any bar workers is cuz their alumni have thrown millions at them. Just because you can bribe a sorority to block with you doesn’t mean anything if your guys have zero social skills and can’t even talk to girls during block. Adphi is irrelevant and the fact that y’all obviously live on this site to respond is pathetic, maybe try not to be an RSO and make a new member process weirdos.

Haha I think that other poster is a member, but I am not. I don't even like them cause they are growing too big too quickly, plus they acted all woke at the beginning. I was really just trolling Theta Xi because I find their recruiting methods so repulsive.

ADPhi was re-opened in only 2020 and they already have a 27 member pledge class, blocking with XO, one of the nicest houses, good bar pull, and the top GPA…
