Why no house parties

Visited from another school and I get that you have a couple good bars but why don’t frats have ppl over after bars or just throw at the house more? I don’t get it

why would we spend money on parties and risk property damage, theft, and other liabilities when we get free tabs at the bars with zero negatives

First, if you do it right that doesn’t happen. Second, your three bars (one of which is a sweaty freshman bar) would get old so quickly. You can’t do anything in them. Just stand around and talk standing next to some smelly kids.
