Starting from nothing a few years ago, they are now a real house. You can criticize this or that, but give them credit for maintaining where other new houses have failed.

Frankly, we should give them plenty of encouragement because the frat/srat ratio is WAY out of balance.

I agree how people say ADPHI is on the rise. Its a L for XO for blockinig with them but they have kind bros, nice houses, and also I remember they paid uber for the sort girls they blocking with when they are going to bars. Not sure if it's true but I know they have a lot of money they can spend
