This is how houses are as of right now with new 25s, ignoring any of the “history” of top houses. Considered in order of importance: social, bar pull, block partner, brotherhood, condition of actual house (sorry Delts).

I agree these are the top ten.

But brotherhood is generally weak in large houses, if you want that join a more low key house. The actual guys in the large houses are perfectly fine for the most part, but the thing is that a lot of guys join for the wrong reasons - just because the house is popular.
