I am a Pike at an SEC school. If I were to transfer would I still be automatically be an active member in U of I's pike chapter if I were to transfer?

Probably not. I am not sure how your Nationals operates but most fraternities don't force chapters to let transfer students become active. That being said, they are so big here I'm willing to bet they would be able to make space for you.
