Bar Secrets? Getting Laid?

How does on figure out which bars are good when (I'm guessing top 3 are lion, Joe's,kams) but thing is sometimes Joe's is super good when a sorority is there but how does one know when the best day to go. Also I've noticed grinding/making out is doable in bars but how does one full close.
