Real Next Top Haus?

Assuming top houses right now are: Delts, Sigs and SAE what house is closest to becoming next top house? Probably between ATO, Pike and Phi Psi since Acacia been really falling since probation

No one will come close to those 3. Those houses are relics to greeklife

First of all the word relic is not a compliment.

But based on what you are trying to say, not SAE. They only got to top level maybe 10 years ago when Beta folded and most of the existing pledge class joined SAE.

ATO and Beta historically rounded out the top houses, but neither qualifies at the moment.
