ATO is not a top house

To me it feels like ato is done. Other than the obvious ones (sae, delts, acacia, sigma chi, etc)my friends go to fiji and even frats like delta chi. I never hear of people going to ato events, yet on this website they’re ranked top. Is Ato top? It doesn’t seem like it
