Upper Mid: Fiji, ATO, Phi Psi, A Sig
Mid: Phi Delt, D Chi, ZBT, Theta Xi
Lower Mid: AEPi, Aggers, DU, SNU
Upper Bottom:
PSK, Kappa Sig, KDR, Psi U, Phi Tau
Bottom: PKT, DKE, T Chi, Triangle, TKE
Lower bottom: FarmHouse, Chi Psi, STG, SPD, Zeta Psi, OD, Beta Sig, AGS

I'm not sure KDR is still on campus.
Farmhouse and Chi Psi are not bottom of the barrel. Farmhouse is an ag house, sure, but they are well run and pledge decent guys. Chi Psi may not be prestigious but they did have 14 pledges this fall, according to their Instagram.

There is more to frat ranks than numbers. I think some of the mid tier houses had about 50 pledges while Delts only had 30 something- the ability to attract brothers is only a fraction of what makes a top frat. The reason some houses made bottom was that they didn’t have strong enough sorority relations, bar pull, or name recognition on campus. Also I am not sure about KDR- there are still guys who claim it on campus.

Fair enough.
I heard from more than one person that KDR is selling their house, so that is why I made that comment.

I think these work. Chi Psi has no socials with sororities and they barely have any name recognition on campus. I’m sure the guys are great but that doesn’t mean they aren’t bottom. Farmhouse has very few members and girls don’t go there- no doubt they have strong brotherhood but that’s not the only factor in frat ranks.
