All in all....this is correct even though it's a bit to micro tiered.

Phi sig stays where they are at, which isn't a bad thing seeing as they colonized less than a year ago. They are off to a good start but this will be their first recruitment so stay tuned. Moving them up or down isn't truthful or beneficial.
