I’m fall rushing a srat as a sophomore. Chances?

Probably not an issue at all.
Don't worry about "top", join where you feel most confortable. There is no reason for a girl to join any house other than where she likes the other girls.
If you are concerned about meeting guys, if you are cute and fun most don't care the slightest bit where you join. And you really don't want to date the few guys that do care.
