Pretty accurate but would move gphi to upper mid since they are closer to Tridelt than Theta and I think Delts/Sigs are true top tier and rest upper

pi phi gphi so on should be combined with mid tier line most are pretty similar and top line frats too crowded ATO Pike can come down, rest looks perfect!!!!!

PNMS this is your list. I agree with the frat rank except that SAE fell hard this semester. I would also say that Tridelts are a little better than Pi Phi and AXiD but Pi Phi and AXiD are the same level. Also, Phi Sigs and DZ are upper bottom. Phi Sigs is a bit better than DZ. AOPi, AGD, and Phi Mu are all the same.

Delts and Sigs falling hard by blocking with tridelt and aphi, most girls in either are top tier house rejects or too stupid to join the better houses. I guess ZBT, SAE, ATO,Phi Psi are higher ranked going into this semester
