rushing as a junior?

I am a sophmore, am not sure if there's spring rush, if there is do all houses do them? Am also taking some hard classes and want to get a solid GPA. So, I may not even rush. Was wondering if I rushed in the fall as a junior. Do houses accept juniors at all, or is it too late for me.
