Fraternity rush

I am currently a freshman and am planning to rush next fall. I am looking for frats which like to party and are outgoing. I need some recommendations because I am not sure how accurate these rankings are. Also what kind of time commitment do the top frats have usually?

If you are nearing the end of your freshman year and still don't know any of the frats, then you are not likely to get into a very good one.

if you don’t know what the time commitment looks like at a top house, find somewhere else to rush or you’re gonna drop anyways
