How is Acacia still around?
by: ?Didn’t they get kicked off? I see them all the time at the bars and they clearly still live in their house. Meanwhile houses like sig ep got their chapter revoked for throwing a party?

Acacia nationals is supporting them; Sig Eps nationals is not.
Because most frats own their houses, the university can revoke their status (ie "kick them off") but they can't actually force them to leave their house.
The reason you see that at other schools is because at some colleges the frat houses are owned by the school.

over time some of the sororities' alum boards and nationals will discourage them from having social activities with them.
and if they mess up the university will encourage the police to make arrests, and the administration will just stand aside while they do.
They are done. They just don't know it yet.

I thought this is what would have happened but they definitely did not have as good a rush class this year. Their 22s/23s are just great classes pulling them right now.
