OK Im a grad so a couple years out of touch...but:
What's up with DZ? They seem like they are getting really strong, are active, and have some pretty hot girls. Dont know if anyone else is really rising, so it seems to me they might be right below top tier!
Like I said I'm not on campus, that's just a first impression.

No I'm not in that house, actually from a midsize frat. You will notice my surprised tone. Your assessment is not shocking, just form their website they look like they have their stuff together.
I know a couple of girls that are rushing this Spring or next Fall, I'll get their feedback. Thanks for replying anyway - probably the more people respond the better the analysis.

Facts are facts - DZ is better than a lot of the "Top Ten" houses at this point. This seems like the "it" house in 2020 and 2021.
Others are jealous their houses are 100 years old and falling apart.
They are fun and unpretentious - I'd rather mix with them than DDD or APhi anyway. Maybe not DG or AXO level yet, but no one ever will be.

ok coming clean - the whole thing was just messing around but....
How do you put Pi Phi and Kappa in the same category. Kappa is pretty regular, Pi Phi is lower.

@nah - I am actually the original Wow guy. Guess things can change - like I said in the first post, I graduated a couple years ago. Will have to wait for next year to go to Homecoming and take a look for myself. Hey everyone - ranks dont really matter, have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

College too short to deal with the wanna-be sorors. Guess what, rich people dont send their kids to UofI so stop acting like you are. Your clothes are irrelevant to us.
