empty house

Visiting this campus. Who's house is, or was, at the corner of Vermont and Lincoln. Cool house.....kinda sad it's empty and run down.

That was the old Zeta Tau Alpha house when they were still on campus. They haven't been here in forever but their nationals still own the house. Apparently they aren't selling it or even letting people live in it. It's a shame because it's a nice house but it's just sitting empty.

It's been empty for nearly 20 years. Definitely a shame not to let some other group renovate it and use it. If ZTA isn't interested in recolonizing, they should just sell it.
