relevant means that a house is influential. If Skulls suddenly disbanded, no one outside the house would care. If pike were suddenly kicked off campus people would notice and care because they do many social things that many people are involved with: exchanges, bars, and existing as a group. You become relevant by doing a ton of good social things and having cool guys. There is way more to this but thats the guideline. The answers come from info and knowledge
