i agree but because their previous status i put them at the end of lower top. give it a year and they’ll be solid upper mid/middle tier.

Never in their history has Theta Chi been as good as SN and AEPi. They are not even as good as those Upper Bottom houses listed here.

Good news though - it is obvious that Theta Chi is fully participating on Greekrank.
