Dear DZ - it's obvious you posted all 3 of the posts above this one. Sit down and relax - you are trying too hard. Build your house up and become established - THEN go after the top houses.
You have a nice new building, but it has no character yet, and who lives in the building is more important than the building itself. Aside from that Theta and DG are right on campus - you are hidden in the trees somewhere.

Idk I think agd and aopi are still above aephi because they’re typically more selective during rush and have decent socials, but to be fair I do think aephi is rising this year

aephi cannot drop girls from recruitment, and usually end up with the last pick of the pnms. when their recruitment gets better, their rank will improve, but right now I'd put them alongside phi mu since they both have problems with recruitment.
