raise fraternity ranking

So I know I shouldn’t care about rankings and all but sometimes it’s hard not to. And I know that this might be the WORST place to ask this question but...here it goes.

I recently joined a fraternity and I would rank it somewhere along the lower mid tier to upper bottom. We do have block which is good. And I wanna preface by saying I really enjoy the brothers and we get along really well. As a sophomore, I really want to turn my fraternity into a well-known name on campus. I want PNMs to say “Damn I really wanna rush blahblah”. (I understand not naming the fraternity puts me at a disadvantage in terms of advice but I also don’t want to cal them out lmao.). And don’t get me wrong, I don’t want it to turn in to some douchy stereotypical frat. Upper mid to lower top would be really awesome if I could do that before my senior year starts because I obviously want to enjoy being at a higher ranking. So any advice?
