Can someone please let me know what is the typical GPA is to be selected into a house? What about ACT scores? what are the other and most important credentials?

If you are stupid enough to think that high school gpa matters at UIUC you are stupid.

if you are rushing a fraternity, university gpa is not important during rush. first semester freshman don't even have gpas. if you are a girl, same idea. ACT score is not a factor either.

what they care about is who you are, how you deal with people, what you do, what sports you play, etc...

the kids who go here already have perfect grades. the school is impossible to get into. if you are a sophomore and blew your gpa first year it will be tough
