Greek life recruitment numbers change every decade or so. Super low in the 60s, high in the 70s, low in the 80s, high in the 90s, low in the 00s, super high in the 10s. It's just a new decade with a new status quo. It's just the 20s now so it's lowering, but still higher than it was in the 00s. If climate change doesn't murk the economy/college population, it'll be high again in the 30s.

Pathetic if it’s dying. We have had one of the biggest Greeks systems in the country and yet members of us want to rip on each other. Pathetic. All,our houses have something to offer all U of I students. Drop the attitudes or else have 3 sororities and worry about ranking them...
Chill out people. We All have friends in many houses and when we graduate no one care what house you were in.

Nah, at the start of recruitment there was the same # of girls signed up as there were that accepted bids last year. And the number only drops from there. Just over 1,000 were signed up. Quota is like 40. Yikes
