why can't i get a high gpa while pledging

I really want a 3.8 gpa while pledging a good house not top, but in the top 10. Why is it hard?

you can do it if you have easy classes or work really, really hard. There are extra responsibilities during pledgeship, and they take up a lot of time. Its hard to get all homework done and study for tests when you have other obligations.

Really, well I don't know what you do in pledging and stuff but I would just need time in the day to study/ do my homework

If you can get all of your work done before 6pm every day then you should do pretty well.
