houses on the rise are probably Theta Chi, Delta Chi, ZBT, SAE, Fiji, TKE, and AXP.

Pikes is on the decline.

My brother is a Phi Psi here. Are they any good? Or rather better than most? Just asking for an honest opinion.

lol theta xi and lambda chi are anything but on the rise...the dchi's got lucky with their pledges, definitely the biggest up and comers imo, and same with phi psi. phi psi's pledges this year pull more than their actives lmao

hahaha thats so true with phi psi lol. And dchi's pledges from what i've heard are legit. But theta chi, tke, axp, theta xi? seriously thats a joke they will always suck. Lambda chi will always suck but they throw great geed parties lol. SAE is already legit but betas will be back... In general watch out for phi delts, dchi, phi psi, zbt, and the return of the Betas

despite all the hate they get, beta pulled in a big pledge class (almost 40 kids) and is surprisingly doing a good amount events with sororities
