The first answer was completely written by an AGD as they are not top or even middle tier.
Top - DG, Theta, Tri Dlet
then Gphi and AXO not sure what order for those 2.
Chi O and Pi Phi are well thought of too.
The best house location is Theta, DG, Chi O and Pi Phi
