Sigma Kappa has some of the most genuine, loving and beautiful women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and befriending. Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 1.0 Do NOT rush this house EVER! They're dying out and won't admit it. No one wants to be a Sigma Kappa, no one. Instead of roping girls who will never experience a true sisterhood due to the pressure of being ridiculed and paying extra money to keep the house afloat; they should shut down. They can regroup and come back once they got their affairs together. It's really unfair on what they're doing to girls. They're making false promises and the 19's are the ones who are going to suffer.

To get over yourself, actually I agree with UIUC gal. I had friends who dropped this house because of that. From your really mean response, I'm guessing you're in SK. Maybe you should stop reading this page and focus on building the SK image on campus. Even you're pic of the new members was pathetic compared to the other houses. You guys are awful for making the girls pay extra money even after the spend thousands to join

That is definitely not an SK girl that would write something that hateful. I have extremely close friends in this house. The girls in the house cannot control what Nationals makes them do. Also, the current girls in this house are suffering an extreme loss, and hearing words like your's really does not help their situation. Please don't be so mean.

in theory they may be the second lowest but nobody talks about the empty bed fees $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Many girls dropped when they started to get charged for the empty bed fees. Even after they dropped, they were still obligated to pay. If they didn't pay, Sigma Kappa threatened to sue them. A sisterhood does not do that. The girls in the house didn't do nothing wrong, but they way nationals pushed them; that was horrible.
