Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 1.0 Not nice. Not smart. Two year live in requirement because they can’t afford their house, so girls that can’t get into the Top houses join, make some friends, and drop within the first two years. Really screwed up sisterhood. A bunch of 26s dropped or were forced out, because they are trashy. Just no.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 1.4 Pi phi has a great porch and entry area. They have well manicured grounds and gorgeous bay windows. That being said this house just does not do it for me. I do not understand the spires or additions that they've added and the Tudor revival elements get bogged down in these strange details. It gives gilded age mansion in a bad way. Rating is based on the physical architectural attributes of the house.
