Trust me here. Pi Phi is not a top ten or even upper middle ranked srat. They are well known as fake rankers !! and have been known to make up obviously fake reviews slamming other houses. Still, they have bar pull and some of them are really hot. We had them over for a pregame in April and we were a little blown we hadn’t had them over more. Down to earth types who like to party.
