Delt 20 here- they were the best back in the day. Good to hear things haven’t changed

Nice house and decent location. Would not recommend unless you want clout and hang with top frats (which tbh you can find cute guys anywhere not all top frat guys are hot). If you want sisterhood and prestige go for other top houses
