These are the type of girls who were ignored by guys in highschool so now they think being in a top sorority will make those guy want them. They deserve to be a bottom house because of how fake they are but they're hot so they'll always at least be a middle tier house.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 4.4 GPhi has been a top 5 house for at least the last 2 decades. The sisterhood is solid though, not all lovey-dovey (like, let’s be honest, it’s not normal to be- no one likes everyone), and these girls know how to have fun, be real, and excel academically. For those critiquing the actual, physical house… it’s solid older architecture built with much higher quality materials than the houses that have been recently built or renovated just to look new. It’s called quality.

GPhi has been a top 5 house for at least the last 2 decades.
