Yeah, the alums are making money rather than letting it sit empty and be vandalized. I hear another frat will be renting it this year, not sure if that's for sure..

Were a good house, had close to 80 guys at one point. Good looking guys who were VERY social, maybe a bit too social. Had some guys that did very well on campus, also some that did not. A little bad luck + not enough self control + closely watched by university = lost charter.
