They're like AKL. They throw big ass high school parties that are open to the public and usually pretty fun but can't get sororities to pregame.

Theta xi is a decent house, very middle of the road here. Nice guys, had a lot of pledges drop which kinda hurts them but other than that they are a solid house

Pledges drop because they give out 100 bids after only a couple of events.
