Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 4.0 My sorority had an exchange with them and all the guys were respectful and very good looking. The also have one of the nicest houses and basements.

Never in their history have they been a top tier frat. Not saying they are bad, but don't exaggerate.
