Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 1.2 Good social but absolutely creepy with girls. They don’t have the definition of “stop” and “no” in their lexicon. Heard multiple of my friends say they have been grabbed aggressively by a brother as well as persistent even after hearing a no. Might have a good social but won’t stay that way if you boys don’t learn how to treat a woman.
