Chi Psi might not be top tier, but they are the most genuine fraternity and they are definitely on the rise. They are getting a new house in the fall, and they are recruiting more guys. They go all out for parties and they have been some of the best parties I have been too. Definitely do not disregard these guys, they have the strongest brotherhood.
