Once they get there house back that will really help them out. I heard they are going to get it back next year after the construction is done on it. The future looks promising for them!

Poured bleach on one of their pledges so they lost their house for a few years.... if that doesn’t say anything about their quality of guys then I don’t know what does

A couple years ago two Beta members broke into another closed fraternity and tried to steal broken down items. They were worried their parents would find out they were drunk and broke into a closed, boarded up and locked up fraternity. Both were arrested and had to go to court and do community service hours. I would call that low class and out right stupidity! Both were from very wealthy families!

By far one of my favorite frats. Always have a great time with them and they always party hard. They are on the rise and their 20s and 21s are the nicest boys I've ever met.

They used to be a decent middle house, but they've been slipping lately. 21's are looking bad and they still aren't nationally considered a fraternity
