The 18's alone boost them to mid tier status. Got AGD for block in their 2nd year back from being kicked off for 5 years with is impressive. They have a great mansion and history of dominance on this campus but the 17's are notorious for being fucc bois. Next years pledge class will show where they are going.

that was obviously not an AGD. AGD was with Alpha Sigs, who got in some kind of trouble. So AGD went with this house while they can still get them....their alums must love it, not realizing Beta is still basically a colony.

Somehow someway they got block in their 3rd year back on campus with AGD, which is actually pretty impressive. I guess some might consider them to be "socially relevant" now, but I never hear about any of their events except for their formal in the Sears Tower. Their physical house is your classic fraternity castle, but the large majority of the upperclassmen I know just should not be in a fraternity. Clearly they're doing something right if they got block but have a long way to go.

no real social, exchange/pregame with low tier sororities, decent guys but some are really weird and it's just not a popular house on campus. Its a shame considering they used to run this school about 5 years ago...
