Read a little lower, the recent 1 and 2s are a response. And look at the overall rank, up until recently they were way up there until everyone got annoyed with them, and they are still pretty high.

I'm just going to give them a bad rank, because ALL the thumbs down on any negative comment here proves how active they are on this site. The thing is, they have a strong history before being kicked off, and a strong national. Why not grow naturally and be humble in the meantime, then not only will you become a solid house but people will also respect you like in the past. Now, everyone just thinks you are a bunch of dorks and douchebags.

Sororities are scheduling stuff with them because they want to get in on the ground floor for when Beta becomes good. The only thing is, they are not there yet. They well could be, but in the future not now.

They are actually better than this rank, but too much selfranking. They are currently Middle (not top middle). Also they were never THE top house, but were indeed ONE of the top houses. Hope that clears things up.
