Their physical house is definitely top tier but the guys are definitely upper mid type. Definitely room for improvement but it’s basically there for them

Tell me a "description" of a house that isn't negative.. If Alpha sigs is able to avoid random geeds like you making generalized assumptions about them, they're doing something right imo.

I am not talking about negative stereotypes, I am talking about reputation or descriptions. Hell, even some well known event. Alpha Sig has zero personality. Actually until recently one good thing about them was that they were ranked low because their brothers didn't gaf about Greekrank. That was actually pretty cool...at least it used to be.
