Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 2.4 Their house is NEW??? Do you go to UofI? Their house has been around since maybe the 30's. People saying "apartment building" refers to the fact that they are not visible on campus despite large numbers, it does not refer to their building which is actually pretty nice.

The house was built in 2010.

You can go back to very old Illio's and see their house. Perhaps it was remodeled, but not new. ANYWAY, that is not the point!!!! The point is that they just live there, and do very little for a chapter their size.
