Definitely the most active house on campus with the best group of brothers. They party hard, dress well, and there's no end in sight for them.

Alpha Delta Phi is currently closed by their alumni board, but has plans to recolonize in the next two years with a new fraternity building on the same location.

They are selling half their property to a developer, and building a brand new house on the remaining half of the property with the money they receive. Shame that building is coming down....National Register....but it is shot inside from what I hear...
