Back in the day, it was a friendly and unpretentious house, at the top of Fraternity Orange intramurals but not a jock house, smart but not geeky, friends with many soroities but not a flat-out party frat. With the modern new house coming, one hopes its recolonization attracts good people and honors that legacy, while reflecting 21st Century enlightened sensibilities.

They sold half of their land for $7 Million dollars. They are keeping the other half of their land and building a mansion on it. It will make DTD and SAE and even Sigs and Pikes look like dumps.

Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity is currently closed by their alumni board with plans to build a new fraternity house and recolonize between 2019 and 2020.

Was not in this house, but respect them for being what I consider a "real fraternity" with emphasis on the important stuff. Wish them well when they return. No longer Blue and Orange divisions, but look forward to seeing them play in intramurals because they were always good sports regardless of which of our teams won.
