I got to pref with this house. And it all became extremely clear during this round that these girls are rude to each other, not involved with campus, and low energy. It just seemed like everyone that was apart of the sorority hated their life and did not want to be recruiting. And on top of that my friend that did end up joining they tried to make her sign a house contract a few days after bid day to lock her in for next year without her even knowing anyone that well in the sorority or even if she liked it. DZ is the biggest scam you could ever buy into!

idk about the rest of the house but the 28 pc is awesome, theyre so friendly and respectful. love the way they treat girls at their parties and at bars. also very smart and care about future and career. strong representation in biz frats too. definitely the guys u want to marry
