why tf is this so high??? this is an upper middle house yes but that’s just because they have a good history on campus. compare them to phi sig and agd and they have the same girls so what does that say. there house is nice but there dues are expensive asf so steer clear

this is and always has been a bottom middle house. they’re getting more numbers in the last two years but they still don’t have good frat relations and aren’t very social. crazy self rank on here so watch out

their 28s are super social and this house is on the rise. obviously the physical house is gorgeous but they’ve had a few good pcs in a row. always see 26s friend groups out, 27s are close, super involved in rsos and biz frats. overall seems like a good sisterhood and a good house

Had good PC along with aphi nice girls but haven’t seen them super involved sisterhood seems great and really close
