We love them in my frat. They're really sweet and smart they just suck at being social. They really care about their sisterhood and philanthropy instead of fighting with each other about boys and stuff. Great house that deserves to be a top house.

This is a new social sorority at UIUC. They're panhellenic affiliated but not actually part of the council so they don't have a chapter house or participate in rush activities. Still it's a great house with really smart,sweet, and friendly girls.

These girls have nothing going on behind their eyes. They're not that pretty, they're not that smart, and they're not that into partying. They have ok frat relations but if they didn't have that they would be below DZ. They should not be above tri delta.

this house architecture is amazing. i’m right. but overall this sorority has nice girls and are very social. the house white brick and black roof is essential. the circular part of the house reminds me of a castle.

Pi phi has a great porch and entry area. They have well manicured grounds and gorgeous bay windows. That being said this house just does not do it for me. I do not understand the spires or additions that they've added and the Tudor revival elements get bogged down in these strange details. It gives gilded age mansion in a bad way. Rating is based on the physical architectural attributes of the house.
