Great pack of guys but I have seen their high and lows. I remember their first IR performance where they had 3 of their pledges perform...terrible. Overall decent fraternity, does have a party reputation...thus the guys they recruit.

Before when anyone heard "Phi Delt" all that came to mind was crazy ragers and not much else. Now I actually see them moving in a good direction. Just last week I saw them around campus trying to raise money for their philanthropy. Their events didn't look too popular, but that's because the school sucks and no one participates in anything. At least they're trying. Greek life still sucks at TAMUCC, but they're the closest thing to a fraternity here so I'd say rush them. And they still rage hard.
