what is the top haus?

people saying zeta is top house but literally didn't feel like they had a presence at all this year? will zeta be top next upcoming years or still dtd

I'm a freshman so idk that well but from what I've heard zeta is top but they were in trouble with the school and couldn't throw in their house. dtd seems great too though!

incoming senior here: zeta and dtd are top
zeta had more sporty/soccer boys/international + wealthy
dtd had more random guys from random clubs (invovled, basically)
